Job summary

Vontier is seeking a Vice President of Software Engineering to lead the global engineering organization for its Convenience Retail solutions. This role focuses on cloud IoT, on-premise systems, POS, SaaS, telemetry, and analytics across retail sectors. A US-based position with up to 15% travel.

The candidate will guide a 100–250+ engineering team, partner with CTO and executives, and drive next-gen retail technology, security and PCI standards, across cloud-native stacks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a leadership role within retail solutions or tech.
• Deep knowledge of modern cloud systems.
• Executive presence with ability to engage large customers.
