Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long-term Software & Controls Engineering strategy aligned with BU goals.
• Establish global operating model, standards, governance, and KPI framework.
• Lead software lifecycle, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and release management best practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable software platforms.
