Qualifications

• 15+ years of software development and engineering in regulated healthcare.
• 7–10 years in engineering leadership and global teams.
• Experience bringing software-driven medical products through full lifecycle.
• Deep knowledge of medical device software regulation and quality systems.
• Leadership of product cybersecurity programs and secure SDLC.
• Leadership of AI/ML in regulated products with governance.

Responsibilities

• Set and own the global software engineering vision and roadmap.
• Lead execution of the software roadmap with risk management across the portfolio.
• Build and lead a global engineering organization with accountability and inclusion.
• Embed quality and regulatory rigor across the software lifecycle, including governance.
• Own product cybersecurity end to end, including SBOM and vulnerability management.
• Drive platform thinking and reusable architecture across product lines.
• Track external environment and translate into strategic bets and investments.
