Qualifications

• Owns Fluence's global category strategy and commercial execution across the AC power electronics portfolio.
• Lead commercial execution for power conversion systems, inverters, transformers, UPS, and controls.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product on new product introduction and early supplier involvement.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve year-over-year cost reductions.
• Lead Advanced Procurement in collaboration with Engineering and Product.
• Manage supplier base, capacity commitments, and commercial structures.
