Cardinal Health seeks a visionary executive to lead Quality, Compliance & Governance on a global scale. reporting to the SVP, this role shapes the quality strategy across GMPD and collaborates with cross-functional leaders to ensure patient safety, product quality and regulatory excellence.

The leader will drive enterprise-wide quality governance, risk management and continuous improvement, building strong relationships with regulators, customers, and suppliers while guiding transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, or Quality Systems within healthcare.
• Deep expertise in medical device regulations, quality systems, and global compliance requirements.
• ASQ certifications or other relevant quality certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to establish and drive a global quality, compliance, and governance strategy aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee Design Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality Assurance, Quality Management Systems, Post-Market Surveillance, and related quality functions.
• Partner with executive leaders across Operations, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, and Supply Chain to meet strategic objectives.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global quality organization and foster an inclusive, performance-driven culture.
• Oversee budgets and resource allocation to ensure effective execution of quality initiatives.
