Cardinal Health is seeking a Vice President of Quality, Compliance & Governance to shape the global quality strategy for our GMPD segment. The role oversees Design Quality Assurance, QMS, Supplier Quality, and Post-Market Surveillance, ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.

As a senior leader, you will partner with cross-functional teams, engage with regulators, and drive enterprise-wide quality transformations, with a focus on scalable, compliant processes and continual improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership in QA, regulatory, or quality systems within regulated healthcare.
• Experience leading large, global quality organizations and teams.

Responsibilities

• Set global quality, compliance, and governance strategy aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Advance enterprise Quality Management Systems to support innovation and growth.
• Lead quality governance, risk management, and compliance across the Medical Segment.
• Prepare for regulatory inspections, audits, and remediation with continuous improvement.
