Cardinal Health, Inc. seeks a Senior executive to lead Quality, Compliance & Governance across the Global Medical Products and Distribution segment. The Vice President will shape the quality strategy, ensure patient safety, and drive regulatory compliance worldwide.

The role requires senior-level collaboration with Operations, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, and Commercial teams to achieve strategic objectives and executive-level accountability for quality transformation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, or Quality Systems within the medical device, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, or closely regulated healthcare industry.
• Demonstrated experience leading large, global quality organizations and developing high-performing teams.
• Deep expertise in medical device regulations, quality systems, and global compliance requirements.
• Experience leading regulatory inspections, audits, remediation efforts, and enterprise quality transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute a global quality, compliance, and governance strategy aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Lead the advancement of enterprise Quality Management Systems to support innovation and growth.
• Drive a culture of accountability, patient safety, and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Oversee Design Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality Assurance, and related quality functions.
• Partner with senior leaders to achieve strategic objectives and communicate quality metrics.
