Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, or Quality Systems within regulated healthcare.
• Deep expertise in medical device regulations, quality systems, and global compliance requirements.
• Experience leading regulatory inspections, audits, remediation efforts, and enterprise quality transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute a global quality, compliance, and governance strategy aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee Design Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality Assurance, QMS, Post-Market Surveillance, and related functions.
• Partner with C-suite and functional leaders to achieve strategic objectives and ensure regulatory readiness.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a global quality organization across Directors and Managers.
• Oversee budgets and resources to deliver quality initiatives efficiently.
