Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a visionary Vice President of Quality, Compliance & Governance to shape and advance the quality strategy across the global Medical Segment. This role reports to the Senior VP and leads Design Quality Assurance, QMS, Supplier Quality Assurance, and post-market surveillance while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in QA, compliance, regulatory affairs, or quality systems.
Deep expertise in medical device regulations, quality systems, and global compliance requirements.
ASQ certifications or other relevant quality certifications.
Willingness to travel globally as required (roughly 20%).

Responsibilities

Establish and execute a global quality, compliance, and governance strategy aligned with regulatory requirements.
Lead the advancement of enterprise Quality Management Systems to support innovation and growth.
Drive culture of accountability, quality excellence, patient safety, and continuous improvement.
Oversee design quality assurance, supplier quality assurance, QMS, and post-market surveillance.
Partner with senior leaders to communicate quality metrics and regulatory readiness.
