Cardinal Health in Dublin, Ohio seeks a Vice President of Quality, Compliance & Governance to shape the quality strategy across the Medical Segment. This executive will drive enterprise quality, regulatory compliance, and governance initiatives, ensuring patient safety and product quality while partnering with cross-functional leaders globally.

The role oversees Design QA, Supplier QA, QMS, and Post-Market Surveillance, fosters accountability, and leads a high-performing global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, or Quality Systems within regulated healthcare.
• Deep expertise in medical device regulations, quality systems, and global compliance requirements.
• ASQ certifications or other relevant quality certifications.

Responsibilities

• Set global quality, compliance, and governance strategy aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee Design Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality Assurance, QMS, Post-Market Surveillance, and related functions.
• Partner with senior leaders across Operations, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, and Supply Chain to meet objectives.
• Lead global quality teams, drive talent development, and foster an inclusive, performance-driven culture.
• Oversee budgets and supplier quality performance to ensure compliant execution.
