Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a seasoned executive to lead Quality, Compliance & Governance across its Global Medical Products and Distribution segment. This role shapes global quality strategy, drives regulatory compliance, and partners with senior leaders to enable growth and patient safety.

The Vice President will guide Quality Management Systems, supplier quality, post-market surveillance, and governance with a strong focus on continuous improvement and enterprise-wide quality excellence.

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership in QA, compliance, regulatory affairs, or quality systems in healthcare.
• Experience leading global quality organizations and teams.
• Deep expertise in medical device regulations and global compliance.

Responsibilities

• Set global quality, compliance, and governance strategy aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee Design QA, Supplier QA, QMS, Post-Market Surveillance, and related functions.
• Partner with executives across operations, regulatory, R&D, and supply chain.
• Lead talent development and ensure an inclusive, performance-driven culture.
