Cardinal Health seeks an executive leader to drive global quality, compliance, and governance across our Medical Segment. You will shape strategy, oversee quality systems, and partner with senior leaders to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Diploma in a related field with extensive leadership experience in medical devices/regulatory affairs is required. Travel (~20%) and a strong change‑leadership mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 15+ years of leadership in Quality Assurance, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, or Quality Systems in regulated healthcare.
• Experience leading global quality organizations and teams.
• Deep expertise in medical device regulations, quality systems, and global compliance.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive a global quality, compliance, and governance strategy.
• Oversee Design Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality Assurance, QMS, and Post‑Market Surveillance.
• Lead readiness for regulatory inspections, audits, and remediation.
• Partner with executives across Operations, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, and Supply Chain.
• Develop talent and foster an inclusive, performance‑driven culture.
