Job summary

Rocket Software in the United States is seeking a seasoned executive to lead the global People Business Partners team. The VP of PBPs will set vision, standards, and operating models for strategic partnerships with senior leaders and translate people strategy into scalable solutions that support Rocket's objectives.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role drives organizational design, workforce planning, and talent initiatives, using analytics and market insights to shape decisions

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive People experience.
• 10+ years of senior or executive leadership experience.
• Deep organizational development experience in People Business Partner roles or centers of excellence.
• Experience designing and leading enterprise change initiatives.
• Experience in developing and delivering organizational effectiveness programs.
• Ability to influence and align across all levels of an organization.
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
• Experience in global, complex organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the People Business Partner team as strategic advisors.
• Align people priorities and investments with Rocket’s business strategy.
• Shape and deliver scalable people strategies, policies, and programs.
• Advise senior leaders on organizational effectiveness and engagement.

• Provide counsel to executives and drive outcomes with accountability.
