Job summary
Rocket Software is seeking a Vice President, People Business Partners to lead the global PBPs, defining vision and operating models for strategic partnerships. You will guide talent strategy, translate business needs into scalable people solutions, and drive workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational design.
This role reports to the Chief People Officer and shapes high-impact people practices worldwide.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive People experience with strategic partnership
- 10+ years in senior or executive leadership roles
- Experience in organizational development and enterprise change initiatives
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and organizational integration
- Experience in enterprise software or global tech environments
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the global People Business Partner team as strategic advisors
- Align people priorities with Rocket’s business strategy and executive goals
- Shape scalable people strategies, policies, and programs across the organization
- Coach senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, engagement, and capability building
- Drive workforce planning, organizational design, and cost optimization across locations
- Provide data-driven insights to influence executive decisions and drive outcomes
- Foster an inclusive culture and strong employee experience
- Continuously improve People Team service delivery and collaboration across the company
