Job summary

Rocket Software seeks a seasoned VP, People Business Partners to lead the global PBPs and shape the talent agenda that aligns with Rocket's strategic goals. You will drive organizational design, workforce analytics, and leadership development to strengthen performance and agility across the enterprise.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role partners with executives to scale talent solutions, influence strategy, and deliver measurable outcomes in a rapidly evolving environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive People experience across roles.
• 10+ years in senior or executive leadership positions.
• Strong organizational development and change management experience.
• Proven ability to influence and align across organization levels.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and integration.
• Experience in enterprise software or global tech environments.
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the global People Business Partner team.
• Align people priorities with Rocket’s strategy and investments.
• Shape scalable people strategies with COEs and business leaders.
• Coach senior leaders on organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Lead workforce planning and organizational design with Finance.
• Provide counsel to build accountability and high performance.
