Rocket Software is seeking a visionary Vice President, People Business Partners to lead a global PBPs organization. You will set vision, standards, and operating models, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders to align talent with business objectives and cost efficiency.

You will shape organizational design, workforce analytics, and market insights to deliver scalable talent solutions, strengthening leadership, performance, and employee engagement in a fast-changing tech environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive People experience, including strategic PBPs.
• 10+ years of senior or executive leadership experience.
• Deep organizational development experience.
• Experience designing and leading enterprise change initiatives.
• Experience in enterprise software or global tech environments.
• Ability to influence across all levels of an organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the People Business Partner team.
• Build relationships with executive leaders and align people priorities with business strategy.
• Shape scalable people strategies, policies, and programs.
• Advise leaders on organizational effectiveness and engagement.
• Lead workforce planning and organizational design with finance partners.
