Rocket Software is seeking a Vice President, People Business Partners to lead the global team, setting vision and standards for strategic people partnerships. You will advise senior leaders on talent strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning to enable Rocket’s objectives across the enterprise.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, workforce analytics, and scalable solutions that improve leadership effectiveness and employee engagement in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive People experience, including strategic People Business Partner roles.
• 10+ years of senior or executive leadership experience.
• Deep organizational development experience in People Business Partner roles or centers of excellence.
• Demonstrated success designing and leading enterprise change initiatives.
• Experience developing and delivering team and organizational effectiveness programs.
• Ability to influence, challenge, and align across all levels of an organization.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
• Strong program and project leadership from strategy to execution.
• Experience in global, complex, evolving organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and organizational integration.
• Experience in enterprise software or global technology environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the People Business Partner team as strategic advisors.
• Build trusted relationships with executive leaders and align people priorities with business strategy.
• Shaped scalable people strategies, policies, and programs across Rocket’s growth.
• Advise leaders on organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and employee engagement.
• Lead workforce planning and organizational design with cross-functional partners.
• Provide counsel to drive accountability and measurable talent outcomes.
• Champion initiatives to attract, develop, engage, and retain talent.
• Use data and external insights to inform decisions and balance priorities.
