Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking an Executive Director, End-to-End Planning to lead the planning function across the global supply chain. You will partner with sites, finance, procurement and quality to drive demand, capacity, and inventory improvements, while delivering better forecast reliability and service levels.

The role requires senior leadership, strong communication, and a track record of transforming planning processes in a multi-site life sciences environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years in life sciences supply chain planning.
• 5+ years of people leadership and cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise end-to-end planning strategy across demand, capacity, inventory, and supply.
• Own Integrated Business Planning with governance and executive visibility.
• Partner with commercial, operations, finance, procurement, IT and quality.
