Job summary

h2x is about to launch an AI-native version, and we’re looking for a sales leader who can turn a founder-led team into a global sales machine. You’ll build separate motions for inbound, outbound, expansion and self-serve, and own the sales line at board level.

You’ll join as global head of sales, with a plan to hire, ramp and coach seven reps across the UK and US, set quotas, comp design, and create playbooks for SMB and enterprise, while aligning marketing, customer success and product feedback
