The executive will build and mentor a high-impact global sales organization, collaborate with operations and engineering, and negotiate long-term agreements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 15+ years in sales/commercial leadership in multinational manufacturing.
• Global revenue ownership of $500M+ including gross margin responsibility.
• Experience scaling during rapid growth with capacity/footprint expansion.
• Proven track record negotiating long-term agreements with hyperscale/cloud providers or large OEMs.

Responsibilities

• Own global CDU revenue plan and sales strategy beyond $1B.
• Convert strategic plan into regional operating plans with clear ownership.
• Build multi-year pipeline across hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and OEM channels.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and reporting to align demand with operations.
• Protect gross margin via disciplined quoting and pricing.
• Lead a global sales organization and develop talent for scalable growth.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and supply chain to ensure capacity readiness.
