Job summary

Viventium Software Inc. is seeking a strategic VP, IT to lead global IT and information security, reporting to the CTO. You will guide strategy, security, and day-to-day execution across the US, Costa Rica, UK, Canada, and India, ensuring data and infrastructure protection and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee enterprise IT services, incident response, vendor management, and post-acquisition tech integration, all while building a Center of Excellence and AI governance.

Qualifications

• Technology leadership background including CIO/VP IT experience and budget management.
• Proven experience in regulated, multi-entity environments; SaaS/HR/payroll/healthcare-adjacent is a plus.
• Experience owning SOC 1 / SOC 2 audit and compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategic/operational plans for corporate IT and security.
• Oversees enterprise information security program and risk management.
• Leads security operations and incident response with SOC/EDR provider.
• Manages regulatory/compliance activities and audit coordination.
• Directs IT service delivery, IAM, and end-user enablement across multiple countries.
• Leads integration of acquired businesses (identity, email, SSO, vendor consolidation).
• Establishes Microsoft-first tooling strategy and AI governance.
