Job summary

Viventium seeks a Vice President, Information Technology to lead global IT and information security strategy, reporting to the CTO, ensuring security, integrity, and availability of data and systems across the U.S., Costa Rica, UK, Canada, and India.

This role blends strategic planning with hands-on delivery, owning enterprise IT service delivery, cybersecurity operations, regulatory compliance (SOC 1/2), vendor management, and tech integration of acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Technology leadership in CIO/VP IT roles with budget responsibility.
• Experience in regulated, multi-entity environments; SaaS/payroll/healthcare-adjacent experience preferred.
• Proven SOC 1/SOC 2 audit and compliance experience.
• Cloud, identity, data/analytics, and AI for enterprise transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategic and operational IT and security plans aligned with company priorities.
• Oversees enterprise information security across platforms, data, networks, systems, and endpoints.
• Leads security operations, incident response, and risk analyses with SOC/EDR partners.
• Owns regulatory and audit compliance (SOC 1/2) with external auditors and cyber-insurance.
• Directs IT service delivery, IAM, and end-user enablement across a distributed workforce.
• Leads post‑acquisition technology integration (identity, email, SSO, vendor consolidation).
• Establishes AI governance and Microsoft-first tooling strategy with governance guardrails.
• Oversees vendor management and IT procurement governance; manages budgets and cost controls.
• Develops and governs Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning.
