• Proven success leading large-scale HR operating model and service delivery transformation.
• Experience overseeing global payroll, HR technology, and employee services at enterprise scale.
• Deep understanding of Workday, digital HR solutions, automation, analytics, and emerging AI capabilities.
• Strong employee and labor relations leadership across multiple geographies and regulatory environments.

• Partner closely with Finance, Technology, Legal, Global Business Services, and regional HR leaders.
• Own the enterprise HR budget, operating performance, and continuous improvement priorities.
• Coordinate key priorities and execution across the CHRO office and HR leadership team.
