Job summary

Neuron7.ai, a leader in Service Resolution Intelligence, seeks a seasoned VP of Engineering to guide the technology vision and scale global engineering teams. The role focuses on delivering scalable, enterprise-grade AI products and deep expertise in AI/GenAI systems, distributed architecture, and SaaS platforms.

You will drive engineering strategy, build high-performing teams, and partner with Product, Sales, and Customer teams to deliver customer-centric solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering experience with leadership roles.
• Experience leading engineering teams in high-growth SaaS or AI companies.
• Strong background in distributed systems and cloud platforms.
• Proven track record delivering AI/GenAI systems at scale.
• Experience building enterprise-grade products and roadmaps.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the engineering strategy and technology roadmap.
• Build, lead, and scale high-performing global engineering teams.
• Drive architecture and delivery of AI/GenAI platforms (LLMs, RAG, NLP).
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of enterprise SaaS products.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Establish best practices in software development, DevOps, and quality engineering.
• Lead hiring and leadership development across engineering.
• Drive innovation in AI, data platforms, and cloud infrastructure.
• Manage budgets, planning, and execution for engineering initiatives.
