Job summary

Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited in Santa Clara is seeking a Product Management Architect who combines deep networking expertise with strategic product leadership to shape the platform roadmap and translate real-world networking challenges into product improvements.

You will work closely with engineering and customers, own product areas end-to-end, and collaborate with the Head of Product to balance architecture, strategy, and prioritization for a rapidly evolving AI cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications

• CCIE-level networking knowledge with expertise in BGP, VXLAN, EVPN and modern data center networking.
• Genuine product management experience including artifacts, cadence, and working with engineering.
• Comfortable leading architecture discussions with customers and translating signals into product direction.
• Familiarity with AI infra networking (InfiniBand, RoCEv2, GPU fabrics) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own product areas end-to-end: shape roadmap, write specs, and collaborate with engineering.
• Engage directly with customers/prospects on networking architectures and translate feedback into direction.
• Act as the technical voice inside Product, aligning engineering, sales, and customers on networking questions.
• Partner with Head of Product on strategy, positioning, and prioritization across the platform.
• Support pre-sales and customer-facing teams in complex architecture discussions when depth is needed.
