Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or similar preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, preferably aerospace/manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead multi-site operations and large teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic executive oversight for all MRO operations, ensuring alignment with goals and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve safety, quality, TAT, and profitability across locations.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, HR, and Sales to drive performance.
• Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize productivity and efficiency.
