The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of senior operational leadership, a strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, and P&L management, plus familiarity with FAA Part 145, EASA, and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in senior operational leadership within manufacturing or MRO.
• Proven Lean/Six Sigma CI implementation with cost reductions and improved quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations within a Part 145 MRO environment, ensuring safety, quality, TAT, and on-time delivery.
• Implement Visual Standard Work, shop floor controls, CI, and Lean techniques across production areas.
• Analyze workflows, staffing, space, and equipment layouts to optimize throughput and efficiency.
• Direct department managers, set expectations, conduct performance reviews, and monitor daily contributions.
• Drive annual work plans aligned with long-term goals and corporate vision.
• Oversee margins and financial performance; monitor variances and implement corrective actions.
• Forecast labor, equipment, and capacity; manage annual operating and capex budgets.
• Review and approve operational invoices, labor hours, and overtime relative to revenue.
• Collaborate with inventory and supply chain for utilization analyses and optimal stock levels.
• Engage with senior executives to analyze market trends and site growth strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to sustain revenue and resolve issues.
