Job summary

GA Telesis, a global leader in integrated aviation solutions, seeks a Vice President of Group Operations based in Miami, FL. This executive role drives strategic leadership across multiple MRO facilities, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability while aligning with corporate goals.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and champion continuous improvement initiatives, reporting to the President of MRO Services. Travel to MRO locations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, preferably aerospace or manufacturing.
• Proven success in leading multi-operations and large teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and executive oversight for all MRO operations.
• Develop and execute operational strategies for safety, quality, TAT, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Collaborate with business leaders to oversee maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities across locations.
• P&L responsibility including budgeting, cost control, and capital planning.
