• Proven track record in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement world-class safety program prioritizing team well-being.
• Drive capacity expansion across AeroTech manufacturing sites.
• Lead cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality and compliance.
• Partner with Supply Chain to optimize supplier partnerships and inventory management.
