Job summary

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases is seeking a Vice President Manufacturing to lead global fabrication centers, drive operational excellence, safety, and lean initiatives. You will own P&L for the centers, align production with sales, engineering, and project management, and foster a culture of customer service and continuous improvement across the organization.

The role requires 10–15 years in industrial fabrication, a strong engineering/operations background, and experience managing

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience managing industrial equipment fabrication, including P&L responsibility.
• Strong focus on safety and quality systems.
• Experience operating multiple production facilities domestically and internationally.
• Knowledge of supply chain management is a plus.
• Analytical and strategic planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide global operational leadership for fabrication centers and manage capacity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering and Project Management to meet budgets and schedules.
• Develop and implement manufacturing process plans and cost controls.
• Drive lean initiatives and continuous improvement across centers.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to optimize production and supply chain.
