Job summary

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the efficient, safe operation of the manufacturing facility's infrastructure. You will work with operations, EHS, engineering, and supply chain to ensure reliable day-to-day production support.

Responsibilities include planning maintenance, budgeting, vendor management, and implementing preventative programs while ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Five years of facility maintenance management experience.
• Knowledge of building maintenance, repair and construction programs.
• Municipal budgeting principles and equipment/tools knowledge.
• Construction and project management principles.
• Safety management principles.
• Office software and ability to read drawings.
• Organize and direct maintenance staff.
• Develop cost estimates for supplies and equipment.
• Communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.
• Supervise and train staff.
• Read and understand construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
• Plan, prioritize, supervise, and participate in facility maintenance work.
• Establish schedules and allocate resources for facility services.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures; monitor compliance.
• Manage facility maintenance budget and expenditures.
• Coordinate equipment procurement and contract services.
