Job summary

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases is seeking a Vice President Manufacturing to lead and optimize global fabrication centers, oversee manufacturing operations and supply chain, and drive safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost performance across the unit.

As a strategic leader reporting to the Business Unit President, you will champion lean manufacturing, customer service, and operational excellence, aligning methodologies across locations and guiding talent, capital, and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, engineering management, or operations management preferred.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in managing industrial equipment fabrication with P&L responsibility.
• Strong emphasis on quality and safety systems; able to lead safety and quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Global operational responsibility for fabrication centers including metal fabrication and welding.
• Assess and rationalize global manufactured products and advise on manufacturing strategy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering and PM to optimize capacity, budgets and schedules.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs through process improvements.
• Develop production standards, budgets and cost controls using data-driven insights.
• Lead and coordinate manufacturing plans including safety, procurement, and tooling needs.
• Align manufacturing activities with other functions and suppliers for optimal utilization.
• Explore supply chain optimization through localization and strategic partnerships.
