Job summary

TDW (US), Inc. seeks an experienced Business Line Vice President to lead the Hot Tapping and Isolation division globally, with ownership of strategy, profitability, and multi-regional operations.

The role reports to the COO and guides cross-functional teams across manufacturing, service delivery and engineering to achieve growth targets. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in general management, strong P&L discipline, and proven international leadership in manufacturing or services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of general management and leadership experience.
• Substantial P&L experience with a proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding financial goals.
• Strong international business experience.
• Services or Manufacturing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: develop and implement long-term strategic plans for the business line.
• P&L Management: manage revenue, margins, cash flow, inventory and expenses to meet financial targets.
• Leadership: provide guidance to the leadership team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Safety and Quality: instill a culture of safety and quality across operations.
• Change Management: lead initiatives to support growth, expansion, or transformation.
• Product Development: guide new products, features, and services aligned with strategy.
• Sales: set GTM strategies, pricing and relationships with executive customers.
• Operations Management: oversee manufacturing, services, engineering and customer support.
• Talent Management: attract, retain and develop top talent.
• Stakeholder Management: maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, partners and Board.
