Job summary

TDW is seeking a Business Line Vice President for Hot Tapping & Isolation to drive strategy, profit, and growth across multiple regions. The role leads cross-functional teams to deliver results with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

The successful candidate will manage international operations, oversee product development and sales, and mentor leaders. A Bachelor’s degree is required, MBA preferred, with 15+ years of leadership experience and proven P&L success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of general management and leadership experience.
• Substantial P&L experience with a proven track record of meeting financial goals.
• Strong international business experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the business line's long-term strategic plans.
• Manage the business line's financial performance, including revenue, margins, the balance sheet with cash flow and inventory, and expenses on the P&L.
• Provide strong leadership to the organization's leadership team and employees.
• Instill a strong safety and quality culture through accountability and operational excellence.
• Lead change management initiatives that support growth or transformation.
• Lead the development of new products, features, and services aligned with strategy.
• Guide and hold accountable the sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and relationships with executive customers.
• Oversee manufacturing, service operations, engineering, and customer support across regions.
• Attract and retain top talent and provide mentorship and career development.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
