Job summary

Nabors is seeking a Vice President of Nabors Drilling Solutions (NDS) to provide global leadership for the technology and services business, with accountability for the global product roadmap, commercial strategy, P&L performance, and customer engagement.

The role partners with regional leaders to translate market needs into a prioritized roadmap, drive profitable growth, strengthen service consistency, and deliver differentiated technology-enabled solutions across the drilling lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 12+ years in oilfield services or drilling tech with at least 5 years P&L accountability.
• Experience managing a global product line across geographies and regulatory contexts.
• Experience shaping pricing strategy and leading enterprise contract negotiations.
• Track record of engaging with C-suite and senior technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the global product roadmap for NDS technology and services.
• Translate market needs into prioritized product and service investments.
• Lead stage-gate governance for new products and geography rollouts.
• Maintain a rolling 3-year technology and services roadmap.
• Own global P&L and financial performance across geographies.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans for the NDS business.
• Lead or support commercial negotiations for major contracts.
• Collaborate with geography operations to align deployment and customer commitments.
