Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• 12–15 years in supply chain management with sourcing/procurement focus.
• 10+ years in a senior leadership role in oil/energy/industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's procurement and sourcing strategy to support objectives.
• Establish, implement, and improve procurement governance and best practices.
• Direct a corporate buying team managing over $1B in annual expenditure.
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives and cycle-time improvements across procurement.
• Partner with internal audit to resolve compliance gaps and strengthen procedures.
• Lead cross-functional teams to optimize supplier performance and risk management.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure procurement effectiveness.
