Job summary

Nabors Drilling Solutions (NDS) seeks a strategic Vice President to lead global product strategy, pricing discipline, and P&L across geographies. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field.
• 12+ years in oilfield services, drilling tech, or related industrial tech.
• Experience leading global or multi-geography product lines.
• Experience developing and enforcing pricing strategy and enterprise negotiations.
• Executive-level customer relationship management with C-suite exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the global product roadmap for NDS technology and services.
• Lead global P&L accountability for revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
• Establish global pricing discipline and contract terms across geographies.
• Partner with geography leaders to align product deployment with local realities.
• Engage senior customers and lead major negotiations and partnerships.
• Build and lead a global product management, pricing, and commercial team.
• Champion safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all activities.
