Job summary

Nabors Industries is seeking a Vice President for Nabors Drilling Solutions (NDS) to lead global product strategy, pricing discipline, and P&L performance. You will partner with regional leaders to align roadmaps, commercial strategy, and execution across geographies while driving value-based pricing and contract negotiations for strategic opportunities.

The role requires a track record of executive engagement, cross-functional leadership, and strong financial acumen.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2+ years in oilfield services or related tech, with at least 5 years in a role with direct P&L accountability.
Experience managing a global or multi-geography product line.
Experience developing pricing strategy and leading enterprise contract negotiations.
Track record with executive-level customer relationship management (C-suite & senior leadership).
Ability to lead across engineering, operations, and geography leaders.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and business case development skills.

Responsibilities

Own the global product roadmap for NDS offerings and translate market feedback into prioritized investments.
Lead global P&L ownership for revenue, margin, and profitability across geographies.
Establish pricing discipline and negotiate master service agreements for strategic opportunities.
Collaborate with geography leaders to align deployment, service capacity, and customer commitments.
Build and develop a high-performing, matrixed global team across product management, pricing, and commercial functions.
Champion safety, quality, and regulatory stewardship across all activities.
