Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of direct people leadership; 15+ years in professional engineering roles.
• Experience in a global matrix organization with data center focus is valued.
• Strong knowledge of electrical components/systems design and program management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Group President and Senior Leadership to set goals and objectives.
• Establish and lead a technology plan and roadmap across data center product lines.
• Translate customer needs into clear product and system requirements and validation criteria.
• Develop end-to-end system validation for data center solutions including deployment at scale.
• Drive alignment on prioritization, resource allocation, and roadmap integration.
• Implement governance to track customer-driven requirements from intake to release.
• Develop execution models, lean reviews, and global staffing for delivery.
• Foster IP development and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead a high-performance workforce and develop future leadership talent.
• Travel up to 25% (international and domestic).
