Qualifications

• Strong background in electrical components/systems design and new product development.
• Proficiency in data center infrastructure, cooling, power, and monitoring systems.
• Executive level communication skills for management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Group President and Senior Leadership to set goals and objectives.
• Establish an integrated technology roadmap across data center product lines.
• Lead customer requirements intake and translate into product/system requirements and validation criteria.
• Create end-to-end system validation for data center solutions including deployment documentation.
• Drive alignment with product management and engineering on prioritization and roadmap integration.
• Implement governance to track customer-driven requirements from intake to release with ownership.
• Develop execution model with program management, lean reviews, and global staffing models.
• Protect and grow intellectual property while ensuring IP compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Oversee IP, environmental, export, and safety compliance; ensure regulatory adherence.
• Build a high-performance workforce and develop future leadership.
