The role drives strategy, feasibility, start‑up, and readiness across global sites, CROs, vendors, and internal teams. The candidate will blend strategic leadership with hands‑on execution, leveraging AI-enabled tools and analytics to maximize trial speed, quality, and efficiency while ensuring GCP compliance and sponsor

Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive clinical operations and Study Management experience in a Sponsor organization.
• Proven track record leading complex global late‑stage and registrational clinical programs.
• Deep expertise in global feasibility, country/site strategy, enrollment modeling, site start‑up, and risk management.
• Experience using advanced analytics, automation, AI-enabled tools, or digital technologies for trial planning and oversight.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, executive communication, and accountability without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end sponsor operational leadership for Phase 1/2 studies and Phase 3 planning.
• Translate clinical strategy into an integrated global operational plan with timelines, countries, sites, and budgets.
• Serve as senior Study Management representative on cross‑functional program team; embed risks and tradeoffs in decisions.
• Develop and maintain an integrated program plan and critical path across studies.
• Lead site start‑up, activation, and feasibility to support enrollment and regulatory milestones.
• Establish governance, KPIs, and risk mitigation for CROs, vendors, and sites.
