Tapestry, Inc. is seeking a Global Vice President Asset Protection, Security & Safety to lead a worldwide function responsible for protecting people, assets, operations, and brand reputation across the company’s brands and geographies.

In this executive role, you will set strategy, governance, and operating standards; oversee budgets and technology; and partner with Legal, HR, Finance, and brand leadership to embed risk mitigation into business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law enforcement, criminal justice, security, risk management, business, safety, or a related field preferred.
• Advanced degree is a plus.
• 15+ years of leadership across asset protection, security, safety, and crisis management.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Asset Protection, Corporate Security, Safety, and related enterprise risk disciplines with governance and operating standards.
• Advise the General Counsel, executive leadership, and senior stakeholders on global security, safety, crisis, continuity, and emerging-risk matters.
• Establish enterprise security and safety strategy, governance model, and performance measures across brands and geographies.
• Oversee budgets, security technology, analytics, and third-party providers to align resources with enterprise risk.
• Build and maintain relationships with law enforcement, emergency-management, and private-sector security partners globally.
