Tapestry, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Global Asset Protection, Security and Safety Operations to lead the strategic direction and execution of asset protection, security and safety initiatives worldwide across retail, fulfillment centers and corporate sites.

This executive will set global standards and drive operational excellence while leading a team of Asset Protection and Safety professionals and partnering with cross-functional leaders to safeguard people, assets and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction and execution of asset protection, security and safety initiatives globally across stores, fulfillment centers, and corporate sites.
• Oversee the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) with standards, staffing, technology, monitoring, and incident response.
• Establish and maintain global security policies and operating standards aligned with risk profile and business objectives.
• Develop and evaluate security measures including access control, visitor management, video surveillance, and emergency procedures.
• Lead enterprise business continuity, crisis management, and incident response programs with clear governance and escalation protocols.
• Coordinate with Legal, HR, Internal Audit, and Finance on complex investigations and enforcement actions.
• Partner with executive leadership to ensure alignment of security with brand experience and business continuity.
