Tapestry, Inc. is seeking a Global VP Asset Protection, Security & Safety to set enterprise risk strategy and provide executive oversight for Asset Protection, Corporate Security, Global Security Operations, Health & Safety, Crisis and Incident Management, Executive Protection, Event Security, and Business Continuity across our brands and geographies.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of progressively responsible leadership across asset protection, security, safety, and crisis management.
• Experience leading global programs and dispersed teams.
• Executive oversight of Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) and BCM.
• Knowledge of protective intelligence, travel risk, and incident response.
• Strong relationships with law enforcement and private-sector security partners.

• Set global asset protection strategy across stores, corporate locations, and distribution centers.
• Oversee budget, technology, analytics, and third-party resources.
• Lead enterprise crisis management, business continuity, and incident response.
• Develop executive protection and event security protocols for high-profile events.
• Provide strategic advisory to General Counsel and senior leadership.
