Responsibilities

• Lead store response to emergencies and develop security plans for in-store events.
• Educate store leaders and teams on emergency preparedness and physical security procedures.
• Identify shortage risks and develop strategies to reduce loss and drive profitability.
• Plan and lead investigations from identification through resolution.
• Coach and develop AP Team Leaders to elevate their skills.
