Job summary

Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a Vice President, Professional Services to lead the global Services organization in the United States, with a remote-first model and a preference for candidates on the West Coast or within 50 miles of a Cornerstone office.

You will set the global strategy across Services Sales and Delivery, unify regional perspectives, drive AI-enabled delivery, and build a high-performance leadership team to scale Cornerstone’s Services worldwide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of demonstrated leadership across Services Sales and Services Delivery.
• Experience leading globally distributed organizations across regions, labor environments, and regulatory considerations.
• Strong track record of improving customer time-to-value, experience, and measurable outcomes.
• Genuine AI thought leader with demonstrated examples of using AI to change how a Services organization operates.

Responsibilities

• Operate a single global Services organization spanning Sales and Delivery.
• Own global Services performance across revenue, margin, utilization, capacity, delivery quality, and time-to-value.
• Accelerate customer value by simplifying delivery and improving the end-to-end journey.
• Scale through a global delivery ecosystem with partners and Global Delivery Centers.
• Define and execute an AI strategy for Services with measurable impact.
• Build a high-performing global leadership team and accelerate future capabilities.
