Oxford is seeking a Senior Director / VP, Global Vendor Strategy & Nearshore/Offshore Operations to design and govern Oxford's Associate Vendor program across onshore, nearshore, and offshore channels. The role will optimize economics, governance, and risk while aligning with executive leadership on strategy, margins, and client delivery models.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in global delivery economics, multi-geography onboarding, and building scalable vendor governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in vendor management, global delivery operations, staffing/recruiting operations, or professional services, with senior leadership in offshore/nearshore delivery strategy.
• Deep expertise in global delivery economics, bill/pay rate, and margin mechanics across W-2, C2C, and 1099.
• Experience building governance programs, tiered segmentation, SLA frameworks, and multi-geography onboarding.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic assessment, segmentation, and governance of Oxford's Associate Vendor network.
• Align incentives with Sales and recruiting leadership to fix recruiter pay models.
• Establish separate contractual frameworks for each AV use case.
• Design and own governance framework for adding/exiting Associate Vendors.
• Own executive-level performance framework covering vendor margin, fill rate, SLA adherence.
• Own immigration/compliance risk related to H-1B, OPT/STEM OPT and vendor relationships.
• Define and execute nearshore/offshore delivery strategy and build-vs-buy framework.
• Collaborate with Sales, Recruiting, Legal, Finance, and executives to align AV strategy with growth.
• Deliver executive reporting on AV performance and delivery economics.
