Job summary

Goodwin is hiring a Director, Strategic Vendor Management to own strategic vendor relationships across the firm's administrative services, travel, and related functions. You will lead the Vendor Management Office, align procurement with business goals, and drive value through governance, performance metrics, and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive vendor management or related experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale vendor initiatives in professional services.

Responsibilities

• Lead vendor performance management, scorecards, KPIs, SLAs and reviews.
• Own governance and budget management for the strategic vendor portfolio.
• Oversee the Vendor Management Office and onboarding activities.
• Manage travel vendor relationships and program delivery.
• Collaborate with Finance on budgeting, forecasts and ROI.
• Provide leadership reporting on vendor performance and opportunities.
