Job summary

FedEx is seeking an Enterprise Vendor Program Manager II to lead governance programs across the five pillars of the vendor lifecycle: risk, performance, sustainability & diversity, innovation and automation, and training. You will implement standardized frameworks, tools, and processes to drive value, mitigate risk, and improve global vendor performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, supply chain, finance, or a related field.
• Four (4) years of work experience in program/project management, business process design, vendor management governance, or business enablement.
• Experience in supporting the rollout of enterprise-wide processes, training, or tools is highly preferred.
• Prior exposure to procurement, sourcing, or supply chain environments is a plus, but not required. An advanced degree may offset some of the experience requirement.

Responsibilities

• Supports the deployment of the enterprise vendor risk framework and provides standardized tools to conduct risk assessments and manage compliance.
• Supports the enterprise vendor performance management framework and provides KPI scorecard templates and QBR agendas to measure performance.
• Supports integration of sustainability and diversity goals into the vendor management lifecycle and guides vendor selection and management.
• Identifies opportunities and supports implementation of technologies (e.g., AI, process automation) to standardize vendor management processes and improve visibility.
• Assists in developing and delivering training programs equipping sourcing and business teams to use vendor management tools and practices.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders—Sourcing, Legal, IT, and business teams—to ensure adoption of the enterprise vendor management program.
• Supports continuous improvement of the vendor management framework by developing roadmaps for governance, quality, and efficiency.
