FedEx is seeking an Enterprise Vendor Program Manager II to drive governance across risk, performance, sustainability, and automation within global vendor management. The role supports standardized tools, playbooks, and training for Sourcing and business teams.

Hybrid role with locations in Memphis, TN; Plano, TX; or Pittsburgh, PA. Collaboration with Legal, IT, and business units is essential to achieve measurable improvements across the vendor lifecycle.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related field.
• Four years of work experience in program/project management, business process design, vendor management governance, or business enablement.
• Experience supporting rollout of enterprise-wide processes, training, or tools is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy the enterprise vendor risk framework with standardized tools to assess risk and ensure compliance.
• Support the enterprise vendor performance framework with KPI scorecards and QBRs for governance of vendors.
• Integrate sustainability and diversity goals into the vendor lifecycle and decision-making processes.
• Identify opportunities for AI or automation to simplify vendor management across stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver training programs on vendor tools and enterprise framework adoption.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, Legal, IT and business teams to ensure consistent application of governance.
• Support continuous improvement of the vendor management framework and roadmaps.
